1. Reservations & Bookings

• All reservations are subject to availability.
• A valid credit card may be required to guarantee your booking.
• Guests must provide accurate personal details when making a booking.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: from 2:00 PM.
• Check-out: by 10:00 AM.
• Early check-in/late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before arrival: no fee.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival or no-shows: charged the first night’s stay.
• Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled or modified.

4. Payment Terms

• Payments may be made by credit/debit card or approved methods at check-in/check-out.
• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Incidentals (e.g., minibar, room service) must be settled upon check-out.

5. Guest Conduct

• Guests must behave respectfully toward staff, other guests, and hotel property.
• Smoking is prohibited inside rooms. Designated outdoor smoking areas may be provided.
• Excessive noise or disruptive behaviour may result in eviction without refund.

6. Damage & Liability

• Guests are responsible for damage caused to hotel property during their stay and may be charged accordingly.
• The hotel is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
• The hotel is not responsible for events beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, government actions, technical failures).

7. Children & Extra Guests

• Children are welcome when accompanied by an adult.
• Extra beds/cots are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Maximum occupancy limits for each room type must be observed.

8. Pets

• Pets are not permitted unless explicitly stated in an offer or prior written arrangement.
